The POSITION | About YOU: You have a first experience, and you are interested to work in a multicultural team. You have a strong sense of responsibility that you put at the service of your teammates. You like administrative tasks and want to contribute to the daily running of the Company by integrating a support department. 

With us you will…

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the Finance and Administrative department
  • Emails and IN and OUT mail management
  • Update databases, outlook contacts, copying, printing, binding, scanning, etc
  • Drafting, editing and finalising correspondence
  • RCSL and RBE requests, preparation of documents and filing
  • CSSF filings – preparation of documents and filing
  • Open new files and file management (AML / KYC research), archive
  • Maintaining invoicing and payments records
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Manage incoming telephone calls intended for the Company
  • Act as back-up of our office manager for office supplies management and reception services
  • Assist in other administrative work


What we expect from you…

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • To be at ease in French and to have a good command of English
  • Autonomous and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word and Excel documents formatting, Powerpoint presentations
  • Proactive, details oriented/rigorous with strong sense of responsibility/ownership
  • Service oriented and organized
  • Being able to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Being a European Union citizen or having a valid work permit for Luxembourg
