We are based in Leudelange, Luxembourg. Luxembourg is among the top three financial centers in Europe. Our offices are located in a business district in Leudelange, which is under constant development and hosts the two biggest Luxembourg insurance companies and one of the top 5 banks. It is quite close to the City Centre, and has direct bus connections.
We often organise team events and outings. We believe it is a great way to facilitate bonding within team members, reduce stress, and have the chance to get to know one another outside of the office. Plus, it’s really fun.
As much as we value collaboration between teams and people, we understand that some days we are better off working from home. We like to give our people a choice in that matter and working remotely is an option that’s available in our company (certain conditions apply).
We believe that the secret to high-quality strategy and output is giving our people autonomy and flexibility. The relationships we have with our people are trust-based.
We understand that it’s important to unwind. Therefore we have a games room or a “recharge room” as we like to think of it, it’s a simple space, with a beanbag chair, a sofa, a gaming console hooked to TV and a foosball. On special occasions (fortunately we have many of those), we also set aside some time in the morning and have team breakfasts!
